4.4 The Platform may include integrations with third-party services. We are not responsible for the content or policies of these services.

5. Use of AI Employee

5.1 The Platform provides AI-powered employees ("AI Employees") designed to automate responses to your customers.

5.2 The AI Employee relies on the information you provide. The accuracy of responses depends on the quality of information entered in the knowledge base.

5.3 You are responsible for reviewing AI Employee responses and ensuring their accuracy before publishing them.

5.4 We are not liable for any inaccurate or misleading responses from the AI Employee.

5.5 Using the AI Employee to send spam or harmful content is a direct violation of these Terms.

6. Fees and Payment

6.1 All fees are quoted in US Dollars and may include applicable taxes based on your country.

6.2 Payment is due upfront for your chosen subscription period (monthly or annual).

6.3 If payment is not made by the due date, we may suspend or terminate your access to the Services.

6.4 We reserve the right to modify prices with reasonable advance notice before your subscription renews.

7. Cancellation and Refund Policy

7.1 You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting us directly.

7.2 Upon cancellation, the Service remains active until the end of your current billing period. Automatic billing does not resume after cancellation.

10. Privacy and Data Security

10.1 Your data is stored on a private dedicated server for your business only in Frankfurt, Germany. There is no shared infrastructure with other customers.

10.2 We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data or customer data with third parties under any circumstances.

10.3 All data is encrypted in transit using TLS and at rest.

10.4 Data access is based on a granular permissions system — each team member sees only what they are authorized to see.

11. Service Termination

11.1 You can terminate your account at any time through account settings or by contacting us.

11.2 We may suspend or terminate your account immediately in case of breach of these Terms.

11.3 Upon account termination, your data remains on the server for 30 days and is then permanently deleted. You can export your data at any time before termination.

12.1 Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any express or implied warranties.

12.2 We do not guarantee that Services will be continuously available or error-free at all times.
